Solution: Avocado oil is extracted from fresh, ripe avocados, and is rich in Vitamins A, B1, B2, D, E, and Beta carotene. It’s high oleic acid content makes it excellent for dry skin and for massage, and increases skin elasticity. Thick in texture, avocado oil is creamy and soothing, and absorbs cleanly into the skin.
