100% Customer Satisfaction is our goal.  Most items in new, unopened condition returned within 30 days of delivery will receive a full refund, cash or store credit on the cost of goods (excluding shipping charges). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the reason for the return is an error on our part (incorrect or defective item, etc.).   

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account on, view your order using the "Complete Orders" link under the "My Account" menu, and click on the "Return Item(s)" button. You will receive a Return Authorization Number, and this R.M.A number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box, as boxes without this number may be refused at the cost of the shipper.  Also, please put a copy of packing slip in your return package, in order to expedite the return process.

You should expect to receive your refund withing four weeks of returning your order to us. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your item (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). In many cases, the process will take less than 4 weeks.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Products returned must be in sellable condition. Partially used products will not be refunded. Similarly, full credit is subject to a quality control inspection carried out as per our ISO 2002 specifications.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


About Customs, Duties & Taxes

The International recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; WFMED has no control over these charges, nor can WFMED predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
