Spearmint Floral Water

Once thought of as waste, hydrosols contain all the therapeutic properties of essential oils, just at a lower concentration. Essential oils can become too strong and overly potent without proper dilution, but hydrosols are safe and ready to use.

Spearmint Hydrosol has a light, uplifting scent and is used to stimulate and focus the mind. It has a cooling effect on the skin which increases blood flow and can reduce redness and swelling. It is also a favorite choice for homemade pest repellents.

Common uses:

• Spray in the classroom or workspace to stimulate nerve and brain function

• Use as a foot mist for sore, tired feet

• Spray strategically around the house to repel unwanted pests such as mice and ants
