Service Overview

WFMed provides private labeling services using our 100% pure essential oils & natural products. You can provide us with your labels, where we then bottle, cap, label and pack your order and ship to you or your destination of choice. 

 

 

Minimum order

For your first order, we ask that the minimum order is amounting to at least $2,000 total (not $2,000 for each oil). We know the needs of each of our private labeling customers are different, and we try to meet the needs of all of our customers.

Bottles

Our standard bottles and containers for Private Labeling include:

  • Essential Oil Bottles: Amber Glass – 5ml-16oz, Aluminum 8oz, 16oz & 32oz, Plastic F-style Jugs 16&32oz

  • All 5mL to 1 oz glass essential oil bottles include black caps (Euro-dropper w/ cap)

  • Roll on’s, dome jars, plastic bottles and more! (please fill out the private labeling form for more details)

Label Options

  • Design your own labels, have them printed and send them to us. We will apply the labels to the bottles.

  • Have us designing your labels for a one-time setup fee of $250.
  • Our standard size rectangular labels for smaller sizes (up to 1 oz) is 1" x 2.812", or for larger size bottles we use 3.5" x 4.25" labels.  Label material is white bopp with high gloss lamination.  

Packing & Shipping

We pack per customer requirements. We can ship to you, your store or any other destination. All shipping fees are additional. We charge exactly what the shipping provider charges us – no handling or convenience fees. We are located in Lorton, VA and ship anywhere in the US. Free pickup is available as well.
