Plant Part: Heartwood

Origin: New Caledonia

Extraction: Steam distillation

Blends With: Lavender, Rose, Clove Leaf, Bergamot and Vetiver

Common Uses: Sandalwood’s relaxant and sedating properties are used to calm the mind and promote a peaceful environment, while encouraging an overall tranquil state. This beautiful oil can also be used as a sexual tonic and as an aphrodisiac.  Other uses include care for skincare, soaps, candles, and more!

Aromatic Scent: Warm & radiant, Woody, Creamy, Slightly Floral & Delicate, Lighter & Sweeter than Indian sandalwood (Santalum album)

We recommend doing a patch test after properly diluting the essential oil with a carrier oil of your choosing. Always dilute essential oils before using on skin.
