New Year, New Oils

Happy (soon to be) New Year! Now that 2023 is almost here, I’m sure many of you are looking for ways to improve your everyday life (without too much hassle).

Common problems like having a difficult time to relax, having a lack of energy, along with tossing and turning at night have many people feeling like they’re unable to function in their day-to-day lives.

What if I told you that essential oils could help with some of these problems? Essential oils aren’t miracle problem solvers, but by simply diffusing or blending with carrier oil to apply topically, oils can help to further enhance your daily life.

Ring in the new year with these energizing essential oils!


Sweet Orange

Did you know that smelling or eating oranges can reduce your stress by up to 70%? Crazy, right?

Sweet Orange essential oil has a citrusy, sweet, aroma that is very similar to orange peels, but more concentrated. It boosts a calming, positive environment that helps people focus. Try using Sweet Orange to pep your morning up by adding a few drops to your diffuser or roller bottles.

Peppermint Supreme

Peppermint essential oil is a classic for a reason, the pungent, minty scent is often enough to wake people up and stay alert without being incredibly overwhelming to most people.

Commonly, Peppermint oil is used in roller bottles to help relieve symptoms of headaches as well as nausea. It can also boost mental function, making it a perfect oil to use for that afternoon workday slump.

Citrus Splash

We also have a blend oil available for those who’d like a mix of citrus oils–Blood Orange, Sweet Orange, Bergamot, and Tangerine.

Citrus oils in particular are great for creating a positive environment and boosting mood. They also help with cleaning, skincare, and relieving stress!


Morning Tips:

  • Using a diffuser: depending on the amount of water in the diffuser, can vary from 6-10 drops for 200ml to 15-20 drops for 500ml.
  • Apply topically (once blended with carrier oil) to:
    • The crown of the head
    • Behind the ears
    • Neck
    • Wrists
    • Armpits
  • If you shower in the morning, add 2-5 drops of your favorite wake up essential oil blend recipe to your washcloth. Leave it at the bottom of the shower, where the steam can release aromatic benefits
